Creative Strength is a gym and a community; a tribe of sorts. We create a space where people experience “death and resurrection” so to speak through physical training. Our standards and approach to training are inspired by the Gym Jones (gymjones.com) philosophy.
Creative Strength provides one hour sessions of Small Group Personalised Training (of up to 4 people) designed to develop an overall fitness focused on strength, power, and power endurance to build a strong foundation for general physical preparedness (GPP). The bigger the base of the mountain the higher the summit. Our sessions continuously change for variety and growth and are coached and monitored by a personal trainer. We will pay attention to your specific needs and guide you on your path to physical and mental betterment.
CS applies traditional weightlifting and fundamental body movement principles with a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT). We also provide knowledge and advice on diet, training outside the gym and the importance of and how to recover for maximum performance.
It is our MISSION and privilege to teach our clients the skills needed to reach their physical goals. You won’t see us on any infomercials; there are no quick fixes. Hard work is the fastest and most direct path. Put in the time and effort and you will produce results. Looking good naked will be the side effect of your hard work with our guidance and coaching.
It is our GOAL to have an environment of people with an uncompromising will. It does not matter how much you can lift or how fast you can run. What matters is your attitude when it gets tough. Will you face Goliath?
