Designed to develop an overall fitness focused on strength, power, and power endurance to build a strong foundation for general physical preparedness (GPP).
The bigger the base of the mountain the higher the summit. Our sessions continuously change for variety and growth and are coached and monitored by a personal trainer.

CS applies traditional weightlifting and fundamental body movement principles with a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT). We also provide knowledge and advice on diet, training outside the gym and the importance of and how to recover for maximum performance.
